I went in to get my old acrylics removed and a fresh set of extensions with French tips, and the whole process felt very professional and comfortable. Rajesh handled my appointment and he was incredibly warm, courteous, and patient throughout. He took the time to explain each step of what he was doing, which made the experience feel very transparent and reassuring. I tend to ask a lot of questions and answered everything very patiently.
