Special thanks to Mohit, the best technician 💖 Even though it was already beyond closing time, he didn’t rush at all and made sure every detail was perfect. That level of dedication truly means a lot. Also, Smita, the store manager, was so humble and friendly… such a warm gesture and hospitality 🥰 This wasn’t just a service, it was a whole experience. Their service is prompt and they will accommodate you even if you book last minute, that’s great. But the service is very disappointingly average, there prices are 200-300 more expensive than other outlets maybe because it’s inside a mall. Most of the things are out of stock or not available, the guy who did my nails for very fast but he scratched my skin multiple times because of his speed. It’s been almost 3-4 days of the gel nails i got done and it’s already coming of from the bottom and I paid almost 2k for the same, so not worth it. I usually go to the indirangar branch and that is so much better, in-fact it’s one of the best nail salons i have visited but you can totally skip this one. THE AFTER MATH - They called me and asked me what was wrong, and called me to the salon again as per my availability and their senior artist Mohit checked. Whatever was wrong with my nails and they gave me a free nail set and the finishing the hygiene, the recommendations the art of Mohit is commendable. He ensures that the finishing in the nails are great, he will ask you if it’s hurting and overall does a fab jobb!
