Updated Review: 1 star to 5 stars! I initially left a 1-star review because of a really frustrating experience (underqualified technician, messy polish application, and issues with an extension ). However, what truly separates a good business from a great one is how they handle mistakes. After my review, the salon manager reached out, and shortly after, the owner personally called me. He was incredibly understanding, humble, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Though I was hesitant at first, I decided to give them a second chance a week later. I am so glad I did! They completely fixed all my concerns. The technician I had this time was efficient, meticulous, and professional. My nails look stunning, and I am ready for the festivals. Thank you to the management and the team for stepping up, taking feedback seriously, and turning this into a fantastic experience. Exceptional customer service!
