I had called to take an appointment with the help of some lady in HSR. She refused to give me the number for Koramangala location and suggested that I send her a message with the required timeslot and she will inform the location manager. Post messaging, I reached the Koramangala location and to my surprise, they had no knowledge of my appointment. The manager at this location (Dahlia) was extremely helpful and despite being fully booked, accommodated and go my nail overlay done. Karan did a wonderful job and I am extremely satisfied with the service (despite the horrible experience I had on my last appointment at HSR and the unprofessional behaviour when it comes to bookings).
