I was amazed at the professionalism of the staff. The manager was so lovely understanding and helpful. However I have never seen such wonderful workmanship and skill such as that of Mr Mayank Verma. He was so skilled in his work and such a professional. He took great care with my lashes and cleaned my eyes well and then fixed the lashes beautifully. Unfortunately they didn't stay as the glue didn't seem strong enough. After the manager reviewed my case they advised the glue was a issue and would order a new one. In no way was my complaint aboutMayank as a technician he was incredibly skilled and truly customer focussed. I would definitely come back to him again.
