I always get my nails done by ISHRAT, easily one of the best nail artists in south delhi! Very patient with requests and offers sensible suggestions that enhance every design! They didn’t have a product i needed available but she got it sourced in time for my nailart. The base coat, she mixed two colours to achieve exactly what I described to her i wanted.
