Edit (on May 4, 2026) After my review, the team was kind enough to update me with reservice of my gel nails and also clarified that how I was not overcharged, but how it was a technical error of the bill generation software which cause confusion. I acknowledge their effort in ensuring good customer experience and positive relationship building with the client. I am adding this update by myself, I was not asked by the Nail Lashes team to do this. Initial Review written on April 27, 2026 I would like to request the NailLashes team to improve their invoicing experience. I was overcharged for waxing (as the bill mentioned bill legs and I had explicitly mentioned half legs). I received the invoice on my phone after I was on my back and had already made the payment and got to know that I was overcharged after a considerable amount of time. I would request the team to be more transparent about the bill before the customer makes the payment. Also, my experience of getting gel nail polish done on my hands has been poor. The gel polish has chipped within less than a week. That too in my left hand which is not my dominant hand to do chores and other work. The team should deliver better quality for the amount that they are charging.
