I have been visiting Nail Lashes for more than two years, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is Kritika. She has a very friendly nature, and I truly appreciate the way she talks to clients with so much humility and kindness. I stayed in Gachibowli, where there are many big nail brands, some even larger than Nail Lashes, but I still choose this salon because of the amazing service and the wonderful nature of the staff. The discounts they offer are also a nice bonus. The entire staff is great. Whenever I get my lashes done, Deepak always does an excellent job. Today, however, I felt compelled to write a review because I got my nails done for a very special occasion. Prem, one of the employees, created such beautiful nails with incredible patience and dedication. No matter how many times I requested different designs or changes, he never seemed irritated or bored. Even if there was the slightest mistake, he would politely smile and say, “Don’t worry, ma’am, I’ll fix everything.” His attitude and customer service are truly outstanding. I am really happy with the services at Nail Lashes. The feet nail art done by krish was also excellent. The manager, Dua, is very sweet, professional, and truly deserves her position. Thank you to the entire Nail Lashes team for making my nails look beautiful. I highly recommend this salon to everyone, including my colleagues at the office. Keep up the amazing work!
